BOOK YOUR PERMIT TODAY!

Before booking your room with us, you must FIRST BOOK YOUR SAFARI PERMIT!

This can be done online via the official government website.  Unfortunately, recent forest laws do not allow hotels to book permits for their guests. You must do this yourself. We recommend booking your permit as early as 3 months before your trip.

For safaris, you have two options  - Gir Jungle Trail and Devalia Safari Park. Gir Jungle Trail offers an authentic 2.5 hour forest experience in a gypsy, with a forest guide. Devalia Safari Park is an enclosure for rescued animals where you can opt for shorter safaris in a mini bus or gypsy.

The park is closed from 16th June to 15th Oct every year. The jungle comes alive in the monsoons, you don't want to miss it! Devalia is also a good year-round alternative.
